Apple 於 iOS 16.2 中正式推出「快速安全回應」( Rapid Security Response ) 的安全更新功能，該功能能讓 Apple 在發現安全漏洞時，短時間內直接推送安全更新，讓修補漏洞更輕鬆、快速，不用像過去要等到系統更新時才有辦法填補系統漏洞。
而現在 Apple 更進一步的將「快速安全回應」( Rapid Security Response ) 的安全更新功能擴展到 macOS 上了，開發者/使用者可以在 macOS Ventura 13.2 測試版中獲得「快速安全回應」( Rapid Security Response ) 的測試相關資訊。
iOS 16.3 和 macOS Ventura 13.2 的正式版可能於 2、3 月發布。
